| The CESA 7 Assistive Technology Consultant is available to provide awareness, consultation, and training on a wide variety of subjects including: |
- Assessing a student's
need for assistive technology (ASNAT)
- Writing assistive technology
into the IEP
- Implementing assistive technology into
a child’s curricular programming
- No/Low cost solutions to support UDL in the classroom
- Creating visual supports to support students with autism in the classroom

- Assistive technology to support the Early Childhood Classroom
- Low tech communication solutions
- Technical assistance
and training on hardware devices and software programs

All services are provided by Patti Lindstrom Drescher, CESA 7 Assistive Technology Consultant. Patti is an occupational therapist who has specialized in Assistive Technology for 18 years. She holds a Masters Degree in Assistive Technology from George Mason University and is a certified Assistive Technology Practitioner (ATP) by the Rehab Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of America (RESNA)
